Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Service electromechanical devices like ATMs and self-checkout systems within a designated region.

• Carry out maintenance repairs and comprehensive system overhauls.

• Handle network faults, traffic management, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Organize and prioritize customer issues, resolving problems proactively.

• Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and approachable manner.

• Serve as the first point of contact and representative for the NCR Atleos brand.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory, which may involve extended driving hours daily.

• Participate in rotating shifts and weekend work as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a local candidate within the designated geographic area.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age requirement of 19 years.

• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiarity with operating systems.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Ability to travel for extended periods and drive for several hours daily.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.

• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Capable of bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manipulating objects of various sizes.

• Preferred: familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.

• Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification.

• Preferred: one or more years of relevant experience.
