Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls in a timely and efficient manner.

• Service electromechanical devices such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a designated territory.

• Conduct maintenance repairs and system overhauls.

• Oversee all aspects ranging from network issues and traffic management to configuration, security, and remote system access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidates are preferred for specific geographic locations.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• At least 19 years of age is required.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiar with operating systems.

• Ability to carry out essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving for several hours daily.

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work.

• Capable of lifting and carrying tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of various sizes.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software is preferred.

• A+ Certification, CompTIA, and N+ Certification are preferred qualifications.

• One or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
