Field Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute warranty and chargeable repairs and breakdowns.

• Keep detailed records of performance reports.

• Provide product training to both staff and customers.

• Offer exceptional on-site Customer Service in residential properties.

• Handle warranty and paid repair services.

• Assist the sales team in enhancing UK sales.

• Cover a broad geographic area and various customer properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT is Mandatory).

• Technical knowledge acquired through industry experience.

• Driving skills are a must.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Confident and flexible work approach.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate closely and build relationships with clients.
