Field Service Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Travel daily to various locations within the Dallas Fort Worth Metro area

• Accountable for addressing daily service repair requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction

• Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment on-site

• Conducts customer training as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or relevant Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical)

• 1-3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems in the field

• Exceptional communication skills

• Strong focus on customer service and teamwork

• Willingness and capability to travel on short notice
