Field Service Technician – Frankfurt Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the commissioning and upkeep of our oil and gas systems at client sites and plant operators.

• Provide service-oriented guidance to our heating company clients via phone and during on-site visits to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in the technical field service throughout the broader scope of your designated area.

• Participate in on-call duty to offer prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline such as HVAC/plant mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrical technician for energy and building services, or electrician/installer; additional qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician are preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC.

• Must hold a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license (Class B) is required.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Desirable: experience with large or industrial burners, ideally including knowledge of third-party manufacturers.
