Field Service Technician – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning of newly installed equipment

• Conducting maintenance and delivering training to customers

• Troubleshooting issues and resolving faults at customer locations

• Flexible working arrangements: primarily home-office-based with travel to client sites

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a technical field service role

• Familiarity with the food industry is a plus

• Proficient in both written and spoken German

• Basic IT skills and technical knowledge are necessary
