
Field Service Technician – Concrete Admixtures

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, encompassing both electrical and mechanical components.
• Conduct preventive and emergency repairs to guarantee maximum uptime and reliability.
• Provide assistance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
• Keep service logs, manage equipment inventory, and ensure the availability of parts.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to organize efficient installation and service schedules.
• Work alongside Sales Representatives to foster and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Address product demand and service needs through prompt, quality interactions.
• Place delivery orders as necessary and respond swiftly to customer inquiries — overnight travel may be required.
• Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly service tasks.
• Carry out administrative responsibilities such as equipment ordering, expense reporting, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Trade certification or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Physically capable of climbing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance).
• Strong organizational, planning, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in oral and written communication; skilled in conflict management and building positive relationships.
• Willingness to maintain a high travel requirement within the designated region.
