Field Service Technician, Coffee Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the equipment service sector for businesses within the Tampa Bay Area.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge through our training teams to master the intricacies of coffee machinery and equipment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct scheduled servicing on equipment, which includes preventive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and urgent service requests.

• Manage equipment inventories, performing quarterly warehouse inventory assessments and ordering parts as necessary.

• Record proper procedures such as electronic invoices, customer names and contact details, reported quality issues, and other related tasks.

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle, equipped with heated seats, a large navigation screen, shelving, and much more to ensure your comfort and success in your role!

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Must reside within 30-40 miles of the Tampa Bay Area.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Capability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent driving.

• Willingness to be on-call at least once a month (on-call responsibilities are managed through a rotational program).
