This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, service, and calibrate advanced machinery at customer sites.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and knowledge, demonstrating a high level of passion and commitment.
• Showcase your ability to acquire new skills on advanced CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines) through mechanical and electronic proficiency.
• Complete necessary administrative documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Be solution-oriented and capable of working independently in a dynamic, high-pressure, and innovative setting.
• Travel is required 90-100% within the service area, including international travel as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
• At a minimum, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical school program, or an associate's or bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Electronics or Industrial Mechanics.
• Training and experience obtained from a Military Technical School.
• Previous experience using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems is essential.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds without assistance.
• Willing and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Availability for regular and overtime hours.
• Ability to work in an industrial production shop floor environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude are essential.
• Prior experience in installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machinery, or computer systems is preferred.
