Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Installing, commissioning, and maintaining water treatment equipment, including softeners and dosing systems.

• Performing water sampling, analytical testing, and monitoring of environmental hygiene.

• Executing cleaning, disinfection, flushing, and descaling procedures for water systems, tanks, and cooling towers.

• Providing customers with technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Managing equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and the company vehicle to the highest standards.

• Developing strong relationships with customers and recognizing opportunities for additional products and services.

• Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company and industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours work as needed.

• Experience in water treatment, engineering, plumbing, or electrical fields is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
