Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake equipment.

• Offer hands-on technical assistance both on-site and remotely.

• Educate customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software-related issues.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to become their reliable technical partner.

• Enhance machine performance through regular maintenance and exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or comparable industrial machinery.

• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.

• Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to new environments.

• A valid driver's license and passport are required.
