Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair remote-controlled mowers at customer locations.

• Conduct routine maintenance to avert potential breakdowns.

• Accurately and thoroughly document all repair and maintenance actions.

• Clearly communicate with customers regarding issues, solutions, and expected timelines for repairs.

• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and that the machine is functioning properly.

• Organize your schedule to enhance productivity and reduce unnecessary travel.

• Keep tools and equipment in optimal working condition.

• Submit timely and precise travel expense and mileage reports.

• Stay updated on new models and repair techniques through company training.

• Share insights from the field with the technical team and identify opportunities to enhance service processes.

• Practical mechanical or electrical service experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with effective troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interpret and utilize service documentation, wiring diagrams, and technical procedures.

• Well-organized and capable of self-management.

• Proficient in written communication.

• Willingness to undertake considerable travel within our region.
