Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and reduce callbacks.

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment.

• Oversee a multi zip-code territory located within 2 hours of Tyler, TX, with up to 80% of your time spent driving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must be comfortable with extensive driving and working autonomously in the field.

• Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking is preferred.

• Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment is preferred.
