Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install and set up software applications and hardware peripherals at customer locations.

• Educate customers on how to operate equipment and review job aids with client administrators/operators.

• Support revenue growth by generating sales leads and providing billable professional services, earning commissions on supplies and/or services sold.

• Provide solutions both remotely and onsite.

• Keep current with industry knowledge related to Pitney Bowes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Proficient in building client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and have a reliable vehicle for daily travel to various customer sites.

• Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 55lbs with or without accommodation.

• Skilled in maintaining, repairing, and installing mailing equipment such as inserters, sorters, or similar equipment.

• Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and a basic understanding of PC interaction with automated equipment.

• Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

• Requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
