Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Execute the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and urgent repairs of low-, medium-, and high-voltage power systems at client locations across the US.

• Act as the on-site technical authority, fostering client relationships while ensuring the functionality of essential power equipment.

• Perform root cause analysis on intricate electrical failures.

• Offer emergency assistance when critical systems fail, participating in a rotating on-call schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with generators, governors, regulators, switchgear, or comparable power equipment.

• Electrical Controls: Strong practical knowledge of electrical control systems.

• Skilled in using multimeters, hand tools, wiring apparatus, and soldering techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history (required for travel).
