This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee all customer service and support activities related to our clients.
• Independently diagnose and repair a range of high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Manage and keep track of parts and tools.
• Remain informed about updates in the technical and functional aspects of GLORY equipment.
• Currently pursuing or have completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in relevant disciplines such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing are preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in using personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, navigating network sites, and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues at PCB or component levels.
• Capability to interpret electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling equipment like check sorters, mail sorters, and currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copiers is preferred.
• 3-5 years of preferred technical field service repair experience, such as in aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair backgrounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods, as well as frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Willing to work at various customer locations, including financial institutions, casinos (gaming licensing may be required after hiring), truck stops, recreational parks, retail stores, etc.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis to meet business requirements.
• Must be on-call approximately once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends; 24/7 availability may be required on rare occasions.
• Must be able to drive to customer locations during working hours.
• Occasional travel outside of assigned territory, including air travel and overnight stays, may be necessary.
• Ability to work in environments with limited accessibility.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
