Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake machinery.

• Offer hands-on technical assistance both on-site and remotely.

• Educate customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software-related issues.

• Foster strong relationships with customers, becoming their reliable technical partner.

• Enhance machine performance through regular maintenance and exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or related industrial machinery.

• Proficient mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

• A focus on customer satisfaction paired with outstanding communication skills.

• Self-driven individual capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various environments.

• A valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.
