This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
β’ Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services, as well as performing minor repairs on products within a designated area.
β’ Evaluates products for proper operation and addresses any identified issues, escalating them as necessary in accordance with established protocols.
β’ Organizes service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery and fully understand product functionality.
β’ A relevant educational background or equivalent work experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 2-4 years of pertinent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service is necessary.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria are required.
