This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Install, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing technical support for hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on products within a designated area.
• Evaluate products for proper functionality, address any issues, and escalate them following established protocols.
• Arrange service appointments, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the product.
• Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Execute component-level hardware repairs and adjust mechanical parts as needed.
• Set up and install relevant software as required.
• Restock consumables as instructed.
• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products as necessary.
• Educate customers on the operation and usage of the installed hardware and software.
• Engage in hardware and software training sessions and key performance indicator (KPI) initiatives.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Required education or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant Field Services experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
