Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Executing the commissioning and upkeep of our heat pumps at customer locations and production facilities.

• Offering service-focused guidance to our clients from heating companies, both via phone and in-person, to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in technical field service throughout a broad area of your deployment region.

• Participating in an on-call rotation aimed at providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as Heating/Sanitary/AC installation (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), Mechatronics for refrigeration (Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik), Electrician for energy and building technology, or Electrician/Electrical installer, ideally with further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, for instance, in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation).

• Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is a plus.

• Valid Class B driving license.

• Proficient in German language skills, both spoken and written.
