Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver maintenance and repair services directly in the field

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment

• Instruct customers on equipment operation

• Offer hands-on assistance and customer-oriented solutions beyond mere repairs and maintenance

• Frequently travel to customer locations on a daily basis

• Occasionally utilize power tools

• Operate in confined spaces

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in computer applications, including familiarity with Windows-based programs

• Strong organizational abilities

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Outstanding communication capabilities

• Mechanical or technical background/education, or relevant experience in electrical, customer service, military, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC fields

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required)

• Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics sector (Preferred)

• Ability to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting

• Must frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally handle 56 to 100 pounds

• Capability to push, pull, grasp, and exhibit manual dexterity in hands, arms, and shoulders

• Ability to work in restricted spaces

• Regular daily travel to customer sites

• Occasional use of power tools
