Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and installations for gaming equipment.

• Oversee inventory management and ensure sufficient stock levels.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns.

• Execute regular maintenance inspections on equipment.

• Work in conjunction with the technical team to identify and resolve issues.

• Keep precise service records and documentation.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

• Educate and assist clients in the use and upkeep of equipment.

• Participate in weekend on-call rotations for emergency requests.

• Travel to client sites as necessary to carry out service duties.

• Engage with clients and internal teams to assess service requirements.

• Strive for continual enhancement of service delivery and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid New Zealand driver's license is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.

• Technical experience in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to engage in weekend on-call rotations.

• Knowledge of inventory management practices is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Must have authorization to work full-time in the job location without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Subject to mandatory background checks and regulatory approvals.

• May need to undergo a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain necessary gaming licenses or registrations.
