This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond swiftly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Carry out Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and execute assigned service activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with the parts inventory process.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Examine pre-install documents to identify necessary installation parts.
• Accurately report service activities using field service management reporting tools.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high customer service standards.
• Self-manage and perform daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
• Operate designated service vehicles and box trucks.
• Travel to customer casinos and work within casino environments.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Capable of obtaining a gaming license as required; Aristocrat provides assistance with the application, payment, and renewal process.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
• Regional and national travel may account for up to 30% of the role.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
• Have a passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and achieve goals.
• Demonstrate effective and constructive communication with customers and coworkers.
• Preferred: experience as a slot technician, field service for technical products, or similar diagnostic roles.
• Preferred: experience working in the field, being on call, and traveling for work.
• Preferred: background in electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting.
• Capable of lifting and moving a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to push up to 250 pounds with the assistance of moving equipment.
• Comfortable climbing and balancing on ladders.
• Possess good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and eyesight.
• Able to drive and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Capable of safely and efficiently operating a box truck.
• Willing to travel with little or no notice and for potentially extended periods.
• Subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.
• May need to undergo a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain relevant gaming licenses or registrations.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the job posting location without current or future visa sponsorship.
