Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.

• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.

• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and emergency requests.

• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and execute assigned service activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with the parts inventory process.

• Assist customers with technical questions and documentation.

• Provide reports on trends, requirements, and service challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license while maintaining an insurable driving record.

• Capable of obtaining a gaming license as necessary.

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, well-organized, and proactive.

• Strong enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.
