This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Exhibit proficiency in diagnosing errors and technical issues while identifying appropriate solutions.
• Show expertise in electronic and mechanical repair troubleshooting techniques and maintain updated technical product knowledge.
• Create and submit timely, detailed service reports.
• Possess a strong commitment to surpassing company and customer expectations.
• Be responsive to customer needs and foster positive relationships.
• Ensure all tools and calibrated equipment are consistently maintained.
• Address daily service requirements at designated sites and locations.
• Capable of planning and executing repairs and preventative maintenance autonomously in the field.
• Able to prioritize and schedule work based on field demands.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of completing assigned small field projects efficiently.
• Technically proficient, innovative, and quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with a customer-centric focus.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills for documenting detailed reports and effectively communicating with internal and external customers.
• Adaptable and open to a dynamic schedule and work environment.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check.
• Ability to safely and effectively perform the essential physical functions of the role (refer to application screening questions for more details).
• Capability to meet essential qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully.
• Must obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge in accordance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations, and secure the necessary public trust security clearance (eApp) to access and handle Sensitive Security Information (SSI).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane, both domestically and internationally, and hold the required Real ID and Passport (for international travel).
