Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding on-site service for CS Medical equipment throughout the United States

• Act as the primary representative of the company to clients

• Carry out service tasks with urgency, professionalism, and technical proficiency

• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately, thoroughly, and within deadlines

• Uphold customer satisfaction, support field operations, and adhere to CS Medical quality standards

• Foster strong relationships with hospital and clinical personnel through effective communication, reliability, and technical knowledge

• Conduct installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned equipment nationwide

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, and on-site visits

• Keep an accurate inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and spare parts

• Contribute to service quality initiatives and customer satisfaction objectives

• Offer insightful feedback from the field to enhance products, service processes, and customer experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or medical device service setting (or equivalent)

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer satisfaction

• High level of computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems)

• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation quickly and accurately

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent (preferred)

• Experience in hospital, clinical, or repair settings (preferred)
