Field Service Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of field technicians and engineers to implement large Eos energy systems.

• Coordinate and manage daily workflow operations.

• Assist with material management tasks related to all site operations.

• Offer advice and direction regarding project quality and safety standards.

• Ensure that Preventative Maintenance is performed on Eos energy systems, whether independently or by leading teams.

• Act as the on-site Point of Contact for customers, service partners, and others.

• Serve as the escalation point for addressing complex issues in the field.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Eos’ commercial products as well as third-party products offered by Eos.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in energy storage services and operations is required.

• Certifications for Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift (available through Eos) are necessary.

• A Construction Safety certification (OSHA-10) (can be obtained through Eos) is required.
