This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Implement seasonal go-to-market and service strategies throughout Eastern Washington and Idaho.
• Enhance brand growth, visibility, and sell-through by providing retail support, engaging with the community, and conducting field activations.
• Assist retail partners through direct store visits, product demonstrations, and interactions on the sales floor.
• Deliver product presentations aimed at educating and inspiring retail staff and consumers alike.
• Execute merchandising and promotional activities utilizing product and point-of-purchase materials.
• Collaborate with retail and community partners to foster brand excitement and awareness.
• Represent Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos.
• Facilitate consumer product trials, educational sessions, and experiential activations.
• Cultivate long-term relationships that encourage advocacy and repeat sell-through.
• Work alongside Sales Representatives to create and implement territory service plans.
• Partner with Field Service teammates on educational initiatives and activations.
• Collect and disseminate insights regarding product performance, competitor actions, and industry trends.
• Ensure accurate and timely activity reporting using designated tools, such as Repsly.
• Maintain field assets and demo footwear effectively.
• Responsibly manage travel, expenses, promotional materials, and product seeding.
• Adhere to deadlines for projects, reports, and action items.
• Report directly to the Regional Field Service Manager.
• Minimum of 1 year of specialty retail experience; experience in running or outdoor specialty is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field service roles.
• Knowledge of the Altra product line is essential.
• Experience in fitting and selling technical footwear.
• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Preferred candidates should reside in the greater Spokane area.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, which includes consumer events, races, and expos.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Competitive salary range of $60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD annually.
• Eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentives, or commission potential.
