Field Service Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise all operational activities within the Field Service Operations team

• Lead and mentor team members

• Enhance existing processes

• Collaborate closely with sales teams

• Execute strategies that improve performance and customer satisfaction

• Oversee technicians across various locations

• Analyze performance metrics

• Tackle operational challenges

• Work with sales teams to confirm project feasibility

• Act as the escalation point for urgent customer inquiries

• Discover opportunities to optimize workflows, lower costs, and enhance quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience required; 7+ years preferred

• Strong experience in electrical substation maintenance, particularly with medium-voltage power transformers

• Knowledge of electrical substation testing, safety standards, asset management, and life-extension practices
