This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the maintenance of Medical Ultrasound equipment within the London area and its surroundings.
• Conduct comprehensive system-level troubleshooting on intricate, multi-symptom issues.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors and technicians concerning equipment status matters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, optimal equipment performance, and service excellence.
• Manage costs associated with Warranty and PMS contracts.
• Timely completion of FMI and PMS inspection documentation for designated accounts.
• Review the daily schedule and oversee tools, parts ordering, and travel arrangements to fulfill tasks.
• Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
• Execute certain troubleshooting and maintenance tasks remotely via connections to medical devices.
• Certified Technician/Engineer or relevant professional experience in medical devices.
• Field Service experience is a plus.
• Possess strong technical analytical abilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• High standards of work quality and ethics.
• Proficient in English.
• Hold a valid driving license with active driving experience.
• Have a valid passport and be open to traveling abroad for training purposes.
• Preferred location: London or nearby areas.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relations skills with the ability to manage differing opinions tactfully and effectively.
• Demonstrate initiative and motivation.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
