• Install, maintain, and repair laboratory equipment at various client locations.
• Conduct calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Independently diagnose faults and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience during on-site visits.
• Offer technical guidance and support to clients.
• Efficiently plan and manage service visits within the designated territory.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance service and product offerings.
• A degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
• Proficient in electronic and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with a variety of equipment or product types.
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based position.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.
• A problem-solving approach with a capacity to learn new technologies.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ongoing technical training, including quarterly sessions.
