This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer support through the on-site installation of intricate equipment.
β’ Manage necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of equipment.
β’ Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of systems.
β’ Collaborate with customers to gain insights into their analytical workflows.
β’ BA Bachelorβs Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field OR an Associate Degree in a related discipline with 5 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma with over 7 years of hands-on experience in repairing laboratory equipment.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the repair of laboratory equipment.
β’ Strong technical critical thinking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
β’ Fundamental understanding of analytical equipment and the laboratory environment.
