• Accountable for managing customer relationships through technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at client locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by establishing clear expectations, fulfilling commitments, and efficiently resolving customer concerns.
• Foster robust customer relationships while aiding in the growth of service revenue.
• Work collaboratively with the regional team to enhance processes and share best practices.
• Continuously develop skills by acquiring knowledge of new tools.
• Complete all necessary administrative duties and compliance tasks.
• Identify and resolve system-related issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, installations, and corrective services.
• Travel frequently (approximately 90%) to support customer locations, which includes overnight stays and nationwide air travel.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging service (either field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service setting.
• Preferred experience in supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to apply principles of electronics, mechanics, and networking.
• Proficient in utilizing a broad range of diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and practical experience.
• Effective problem-solving abilities in regulated service environments.
• Capable of meeting the physical, cognitive, and environmental demands of a field service position.
