Field Service Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF, and associated systems.

• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

• Provide training to customers on system operation, software, and accessories.

• Offer both remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal teams.

• Document service activities, solutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms.

• Collaborate with global Field Service Engineering teams and the Field Service Manager to exchange knowledge and coordinate service initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory standards during service operations.

• Review and contribute to service documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

• Assist with demo and loaner system programs, including verification testing and logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment.

• Experience in Cleanroom environments is preferred.

• Strong analytical, mechanical, and electronic skills.

• GMP or GLP experience is preferred.

• Ability to draft and implement SOPs and technical documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
