This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Service, install, assess, and maintain medical imaging equipment throughout the United States.
• Calibrate, diagnose, and repair imaging systems and computer components to align with OEM standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and address complex electronic, mechanical, and network-related challenges.
• Represent the company with professionalism during on-site visits and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and contribute to the improvement of engineering competency.
• Provide timely project updates, insights, and responses to technical inquiries to facilitate decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document new procedures and offer training to end users while assisting with additional responsibilities as required.
• Ensure that updates, calibrations, or repairs are executed accurately by performing tests or diagnostics.
• Driving and vehicle operation are fundamental aspects of this position.
• Preferred Experience: 3-7 years in medical imaging engineering or a related field.
• The ideal candidate will possess service experience with GE MR and/or CT medical imaging equipment.
• Education (or equivalent experience): Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computers and associated tools, including Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management.
