This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver technical assistance throughout all phases of project execution, encompassing commissioning, testing, acceptance, and handover.
• Oversee installation and commissioning tasks for GIS substations at client locations.
• Conduct troubleshooting operations involving field personnel and subcontractors.
• Uphold adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all job sites.
• Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies at site locations.
• Manage contracted maintenance tasks to verify that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including operational procedures, performance reports, test data, and equipment manuals.
• Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure seamless completion of site operations.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Relevant experience in engineering or construction settings, ideally within the power industry.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project.
