This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for identifying and resolving intricate issues reported by users, managing system requests, and addressing high-priority tickets.
• Ensure user and system availability through efficient remote problem-solving.
• Provide support for issues related to desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Configure hardware and software according to customer specifications.
• Assess new product versions and propose upgrade schedules.
• Establish and troubleshoot domains, user accounts, and software accounts.
• A minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce.
• Professional work experience ranging from 2 to 3 years.
• Familiarity with remote access systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting desktops/laptops with a basic understanding of networks.
• Capability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016, along with other authorized desktop applications.
• Experience using any ticketing tool, such as Service First.
