Field Service Engineer – Fluent in Chinese and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for technical issues both online and offline.

• Address customer inquiries or complaints, typically within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Make customer visits as necessary.

• Adhere to RMA procedures in the CRM and document returns in the online registry.

• Organize the upcoming week’s customer service appointments.

• Engage in weekly team meetings to discuss issues and follow up on RMAs.

• Compile a basic monthly report detailing primary activities.

• Follow the timeline and task list set for the call center project.

• Maintain effective communication during customer visits.

• Provide feedback or analytical reports as needed.

• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Educate customers on products or Ananda Link.

• Evaluate service processes to enhance efficiency.

• Assist customer visits with additional business support as required.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues while supporting partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the U.S.

• Must be available for long-term employment without the need for sponsorship.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.

• Minimum of a secondary level education.

• Preferred experience and skills in PCBA welding.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Solid understanding of MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with any ERP system is advantageous.
