📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of intricate equipment and systems.

• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of the systems.

• Collaborate with customers to customize service offerings, including training, assistance, and upgrades.

• Manage assigned assets, including tools and inventory of service parts.

• Execute all administrative duties such as time reporting and training documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, including military experience, along with 3 years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair; OR an Associate Degree in the same fields with military experience plus 5 years of direct experience; OR a High School Diploma with 7+ years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong technical critical thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Willingness to travel by air, vehicle, or other means of transportation (up to 50% travel required).
