Field Service Engineer – ESS, PV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.

• Address technical questions and efficiently resolve issues.

• Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Collaborate with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health & safety standards.

• Keep precise documentation for service agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in electrical engineering or a solid background as an electrician.

• Proficiency in English and French (C1 level).

• Willingness to engage in on-call rotations.

• A valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively across France.

• Prior experience with battery energy storage systems (preferred).

• Skills in Mandarin Chinese (a plus).

• A strong grasp of the European solar energy market and associated products (beneficial).
