Field Service Engineer – El Oued, South East Algeria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture robust customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction levels are met.

• Service all varieties of medical imaging equipment within the designated South-East Algeria/El Oued region.

• Identify and diagnose system-wide faults related to complex issues.

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks effectively.

• Maintain continuous communication with physicians and technicians about equipment-related matters.

• Recognize field opportunities and relay this information to the sales team.

• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the business in the geographic area.

• Manage warranty and contract expenses efficiently.

• Oversee the installation of intricate, multifunctional rooms.

• Share and promote best practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics, industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or comparable knowledge/experience.

• Conversational proficiency in English is necessary.

• Familiarity with computer networks.

• Strong technical analytical abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

• Extensive knowledge of one or more imaging modalities is a plus.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Strong initiative and self-motivation.

• Proficient planning and organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
