This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated imaging systems.
• Deliver expert technical support and guidance to both customers and colleagues.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance, installations, upgrades, and field change orders on intricate DXR and CT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and networking.
• Identify effective and cost-efficient solutions to reduce customer downtime.
• Keep accurate service records and documentation.
• HNC/HND (NVQ Level 3 or higher) or a Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in diagnosing and repairing complex medical, imaging, electronic, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong logical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting MRI systems is highly desirable; experience with other advanced imaging modalities will also be taken into account.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, system connectivity, cybersecurity principles, and remote diagnostics.
• Full UK driving license and readiness to travel extensively throughout the Northwest.
• Residency in a suitable location to effectively assist customers across Northwest England.
