
Field Service Engineer, Digital Radiography

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Carries out planned preventive maintenance and maintains records of all service activities, tests, and corrective maintenance carried out on Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.
• Engages and collaborates with key stakeholders to prepare for the installation and deployment of Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies, which include electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatics, software, networking, and integration with data/information retention systems.
• Conducts or coordinates the assembly and installation of Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies, encompassing electrical, mechanical, software, networking, and integration with data/information retention systems.
• Develops periodic maintenance guidelines for Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.
• Executes necessary safety inspections and performance assurance checks on Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.
• Completes documentation for entry into the centralized maintenance management system.
• Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as all relevant policies and procedures governing Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies.
• Associate's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Networking, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Technical training with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing medical equipment.
• Experience with CT and imaging technologies is an advantage.
• Completion of ISO, FDA, CMDR Awareness Training and Product Complaint System, or Certification – Health Stream.
• Proficiency with mechanical devices, tools, test equipment, telecommunications systems, and a solid understanding of computer networking.
• Must exhibit fluent English verbal and written communication skills and work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Experience in budget, expense, and resource management is required.
• Ability to synthesize information from various sources, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management.
