Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain customer equipment at their locations.

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking systems.

• Identify and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and software components.

• Provide efficient and timely solutions to customer problems.

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with customers while offering expert advice.

• Travel across the Manchester, NH area to assist manufacturing clients.

• Offer continuous support and maintenance for customer equipment.

• Advocate for service agreements and the latest technology.

• Coordinate schedules, routes, and customer visits primarily within the regional area.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service roles.

• Willingness to travel within the designated area, including occasional overnight trips.

• Capability to adhere to customer safety protocols, PPE regulations, and site access guidelines.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical activities throughout the day, including standing, lifting, stretching, bending, and squatting.

• Comfort with daily travel and returning home most evenings, while also being open to frequent overnight travel.

• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, computer hardware, and software is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal skills are a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are beneficial.
