Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional repair and maintenance services for both company and third-party products.

• Operate efficiently and professionally in the role of a Field Service Engineer.

• Interact with a diverse customer base, including vulnerable individuals and senior citizens.

• Perform work on equipment located within customers’ residences.

• Maintain and assess emergency lighting, fire safety systems, and electrical/electronic devices.

• Offer customer relations and interpersonal assistance while executing field engineering tasks.

• Collaborate effectively as a member of a team.

• Organize and manage time proficiently throughout the Devon region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Field Engineer.

• Background in electrical and electronic systems.

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic fields.

• Valid full Category B UK driving license for manual vehicles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Proficient time management and planning skills.

• Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined, dusty spaces.

• Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations.
