Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver top-notch repair and maintenance services for both company and third-party products.

• Exhibit outstanding customer relations and interpersonal abilities.

• Perform work on equipment within customers' residences.

• Engage with a diverse clientele, including vulnerable and elderly individuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Field Engineer.

• Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or its equivalent.

• Possession of a Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles).

• Experience in testing Fire Systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work comfortably at heights and/or in confined, dusty environments.

• Previous experience working with the elderly or vulnerable populations.

• Excellent time management and planning abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
