• Executing field service operations throughout the UK and Ireland
• Commissioning, operating, testing, integrating, optimizing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
• Engaging in an on-call rota to provide technical phone support and respond on-site to equipment and customer-related issues
• Creating clear and comprehensive field service reports after each installation or technical intervention
• Assisting Sales and Project Management teams
• Providing on-site training to customer maintenance and service teams as well as fellow Field Service Engineers
• A Level 3 qualification in electrical or electronic engineering is essential (such as BTEC National Diploma, HND/HNC, NVQ, or an equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician with expertise in electrical or electronic fields
• Familiarity with basic electrical power circuits and PLC circuits is advantageous
• Knowledge of computer hardware and system configurations is beneficial
• Capacity to establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with customers, internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Strong and confident communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
