Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at client locations.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines throughout the UK.

• Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical problems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and address reactive repairs.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and site representatives.

• Travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays.

• Document service activities, machine status, and updates utilizing digital systems and tools.

• Provide feedback, enhance technical knowledge, and uphold high safety standards.

• Adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety protocols.

• Assist customers and ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, with a desire to learn how to analyze, test, and repair complex equipment.

• A curious and solution-driven mindset, with a keen attention to detail.

• A customer-centric approach, with effective and confident communication abilities.

• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools both independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Willingness to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based position.

• A full UK driving license.

• Openness to work occasional approved overtime and weekends.

• Capability to work a rota-based shift pattern, including weekend coverage starting from October 2027.
