Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer locations.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines throughout the UK.

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and site representatives.

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.

• Travel across the South West region to assist customers, including occasional overnight stays.

• Document service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools.

• Provide feedback and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Enhance technical knowledge.

• Uphold high safety standards.

• Adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO standards.

• Work occasional approved overtime and weekends.

• Transition to a rota-based shift pattern with weekend coverage starting in October 2027.

• Willingness to travel and manage personal schedule in a field-based role.

• Valid UK driving licence.

• Availability to work occasional approved overtime and weekends.

• Ability to transition to a rota-based shift pattern with weekend coverage starting in October 2027.
