Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer locations.

• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and deployment of new machines throughout the UK.

• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical problems.

• Perform preventative maintenance and address reactive repairs.

• Foster relationships with customers and site contacts.

• Travel across the region to support customers, including occasional overnight stays.

• Document service activities, machine conditions, and updates using digital systems and tools.

• Provide feedback and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Uphold high safety standards and adhere to TOMRA Safe and LOTO procedures.

• Transition to a shift-based rota system with weekend coverage beginning in October 2027.

• Capability to work a shift-based rota, including weekend coverage starting in October 2027.
